They really are a friendly bunch and will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have!Who are the courses aimed at?Our courses are catered for secondary school students of all ages. Generally our students are aged between 14-18 years old , as as this is when most students start thinking about university, but the course is also open to keen students who are younger than this – we’ve had students as young as 11 years attend and have really enjoy the day!Where are our courses held?Practical courses are run in central London. Our online courses are run on Zoom platform. Do you help with university applications?One of the main benefits of the course is that it gives students many new experiences and a real taste of what studying medicine is like, giving them plenty to write about in their personal statements and to talk about during interviews. There’s also set time on each day of the course to focus on this area – our tutors are very experienced in advising students on applying to medical school, and will be happy to answer any and every question. You can also always get in touch with us via email with any questions you forget to ask!Do you provide course certificates?Yes, we provide a certificate of attendance to each student that attends the course.What form of payment do you accept?Our payments are taken via PayPal (PayPal is the largest online payment processor and gives you the highest online security). You don’t need a PayPal account – you can simply pay online with any major credit or debit card.What if I can't attend a course that I have booked?We are happy to issue a full refund for any course booking if you give us at least 21 days prior to the course to cancel your place. If the cancellation is later than this, unfortunately we will not be able issue a refund, but we can arrange to transfer your booking to a course on a different date. Alternatively, if you know someone else who would like to attend the course in your place, we can transfer your place to them.
