Welcome to Friends of the Third World Fair Trade. Friends volunteers created our brick & mortar store in Fort Wayne, Indiana after visiting a World Shop in Holland in 1973offering gifts in partnership with refugees in Southeast Asia and Instant Coffee from Tanzania. In 1982 Friends offered coffee from Nicaragua in partnership with EuropeanFair Trade. We advised two dozen nonprofit fair trade programs and organized conferences which led to Fair Trade Federation.
