Tweed Palliative Support Inc (TPS) is an inclusive cancer support and Palliative care charity. In 2015 we opened the doors to NSW’s only adults’ 24/7 community hospice, Wedgetail Retreat. Wedgetail Retreat Community Hospice started with a dream: a deep desire to fulfil the need for an inclusive, 24/7 specialised palliative care facility in the region.
