Every attempt is made to carefully load and secure all bicycles as efficiently as possible onto a flatbed trailer. However, due to the volume of people and the different types of bicycles that we load and unload, some delays in departure times may occur. You will be required to personally hand your bicycle(s) to our staff for loading before boarding. You will also be required to personally receive your bicycle(s) from our staff immediately upon arrival at the destination. Big Bear Adventures is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged equipment/luggage. By accepting shuttle transportation from Big Bear Adventures, shuttle passengers assume all liability for equipment/luggage and hold harmless Big Bear Adventures, its owners and employees for any lost, stolen or damaged equipment/luggage.CANCELLATION POLICYThrough May 8th, a refund will be issued minus a 10% handling fee.
