With expressive moments of individualinstruments or voice, they create a spaciousbalance which masterfully avoids overcrowding. BodySemantics is the clever work of three bellies and threeheads who gave each other all the freedom to mix theircreative potential.Sometimes references to krautrock or avantgarde folkshimmer through. These are not cheap citations however,they are rather the product of alert ears following theirinstincts and augmented by perfect implementation byConrad Lambert aka MERZ in his role as producer. Witha fine sense for the music and the musicians, Lambertmade a perceptible contribution to the sound of thisalbum. Thus Body Semantics is much more than just thesum of the involved musical personalities.
