1. Two sites, two kinds of cookie

This marketing site at myleadfox.com and the application at go.myleadfox.com are separate, and they treat cookies differently. On this site, which optional cookies run before you choose depends on where you are, as described below. In the application, which you reach by signing in and where you accept the privacy policy when you create your account, analytics and advertising tags run by default. If you have already made a choice here, the application honours it — the two share one record of it.

The privacy policy explains what we do with data these cookies produce. This page is only about the cookies themselves.

2. Essential cookies in the application

dnsl_session: keeps you signed in. Lasts 30 days, cannot be read by scripts, and is sent only to our own domain. Without it there is no account.

dnsl_csrf: a token that proves a form or request came from your own session and not from another site. Lasts 30 days.

mlf_relay: a short-lived marker used when the application hands you between its own pages securely.

mlf_geo: remembers the region your visit appears to come from, so the consent notice can show the right default for your location. It holds a region, not a location history.

These cannot be switched off while you use the application. Signing out removes the session cookie.

3. Essential cookies on this site

mlf_consent: stores your choice — Reject, Analytics only, or Accept all. It lasts a year and is shared with the application at go.myleadfox.com, so you answer once and both places honour it. It holds only your choice; it does not identify you.

__cf_bm: set by Cloudflare, which protects the site, to tell real visitors from automated traffic. It expires within the hour. Cloudflare Web Analytics, added at the network edge, measures page loads without cookies and without identifying you.

4. Analytics cookies on this site (optional)

Google Analytics 4 measures which pages are visited and how visitors move between them; it sets _ga and _ga_GCG9PWH3K2, both lasting about 13 months. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used so we can see where a layout confuses people; it sets _clck and CLID for a year and _clsk for a day. Usermaven measures visits without setting a cookie.

Bananaforms, our form provider, is loaded so that forms work at all and asks for your consent separately, on the form itself.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland these stay off until you choose Analytics only or Accept all. Everywhere else, analytics is on from the first page unless you press Reject; the consent notice says so in plain words for your region.

5. Advertising cookies on this site (optional)

Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Insight, the X (formerly Twitter) pixel and Microsoft Advertising help us see which of our marketing brings people to MyLeadFox, so we spend it well and avoid showing you the same message twice. Google Ads sets _gcl_au for 90 days and test_cookie briefly. Meta sets _fbp for 90 days, and _fbc when you arrive from one of our Meta posts. LinkedIn sets bcookie, bscookie, lidc, li_sugr, UserMatchHistory and AnalyticsSyncHistory. X sets guest_id, guest_id_ads, guest_id_marketing, muc_ads, personalization_id and _twpid. Microsoft sets MUID, SRM_B, MR, SM and ANONCHK.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil these stay off until you choose Accept all. Elsewhere they are on from your first visit, and you can switch them off at any time by choosing Analytics only or Reject, here or from Cookie settings in the footer.

6. Accepting, rejecting and changing your mind

The consent notice appears at the bottom-left of the page on your first visit. It offers three choices, as three buttons of the same size: Reject, Analytics only, and Accept all. "Analytics only" lets us count your visit while keeping every advertising cookie off. Reject comes first. If you accept, we remember it for a year. If you reject, we remember that for a month and then ask once more, in case you have changed your mind.

You can change your mind at any time: select "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page and the notice returns with the same three choices. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as agreeing, and takes effect immediately. You can also block cookies for this site in your browser; the application will not work with its essential cookies blocked.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it: advertising cookies stay off and we do not ask you again, because you have already answered. Analytics still runs, because the signal means "do not sell or share my data", which is advertising rather than measurement. You can override it for this site at any time from Cookie settings. We do not act on Do Not Track, which was withdrawn as a standard.

7. Changes and questions

If we add a cookie or a provider, this page changes and the effective date moves. Removing one is noted the same way.
