Enrichment
Enrich contacts
Enrichment looks up the people behind shops you have already found. You can do it one row at a time or for everything on the current page, and every filter you built still applies, so you are never enriching a set you did not choose.
Filter down to the shops you want first
Enrichment is counted per shop, so narrowing before enriching is what keeps the cost down. Every filter on the grid carries through: enrichment runs against the set your filters currently return, not against everything you have ever searched.
Enrich a single row
Use the enrichment cell on a row to look up that one shop. It is the cheapest way to sample whether a segment is worth pursuing before you commit a page to it.
Enrich the whole page
Enrich everything on the current page in one go. The cost is worked out and shown before anything is spent, so you approve a number rather than discover one.
Read every column you got back
Each contact comes back with nine things you can read and check individually: the shop domain, full name, job title, company, email address, the email’s verification status, LinkedIn profile, location and seniority. Nothing is hidden behind a summary — the status sits next to the address it describes, so you can see which contacts are safe to mail before you write a word.
Narrow the contacts themselves
The contacts view filters too. Keep only the rows whose email actually verified, and you are left with the addresses worth sending to. That check tests the verification status rather than merely whether an address is present, which is the difference between a mailable list and a bounce rate.
Take the contacts with you, free
Enriched contacts download as a CSV or go straight to a Google Sheet, and neither costs anything. You paid when the lookup ran; reading your own results back is never charged again, however many times you do it.
Worth knowing
- You see the five best contacts per shop by default, ranked rather than sampled, with the option to open the full set for a domain when five is not enough.
- If your balance covers only part of a page, the affordable part is enriched rather than the whole request being refused.
- A shop already enriched is not chargeable a second time. The grid marks it as one you have, so re-running a page does not quietly re-bill you for rows you already own.
- There are two pools: your plan’s monthly allowance and any credits you have bought separately. The monthly allowance is always spent first, so purchased credits are the last thing to go.
- Purchased credits survive cancellation. They were bought separately, so cancelling a subscription neither refunds nor voids them.
