2. How changes are made
When we change a document in a way that affects you, we email the address on your account at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and the effective date on the document moves to that day. Corrections that change nothing about your rights, such as a fixed typo, take effect on publication. We do not publish earlier versions; the version on the page is the one that applies.
