Exports are counted in rows, not pages, and you are told what an export will cost before you confirm it.

Narrowing first is what keeps an export small. Exports are counted per row delivered.
Choose your columns
The columns you have visible are the columns you get, so set them before exporting rather than trimming the file afterwards.
Pick the pages you want
You choose a span of pages rather than exporting everything you filtered. A page holds 100 rows, and you can take up to 100 pages at a time as a CSV, or up to 50 pages straight into a Google Sheet. If your result set is larger than that, export it in spans rather than in one go.

You are shown what the export will cost before it runs. A large export is built in the background and appears in your history when it is ready.

Worth knowing
- Fifty delivered rows cost fifty leads. A page span is reserved at the full page size up front and then reconciled down to what was actually delivered, so you are never billed for rows you did not receive.
- If an export is larger than your remaining balance it is capped rather than refused. Your balance is spent on as many rows as it covers, and you are told before you confirm.
- Starting a fresh export from the grid always charges, even for filters you have run before, because the underlying data is live and yesterday’s filter set is not today’s rows.
- The CSV span is larger than the Google Sheets span: 100 pages against 50. A sheet is written row by row into someone else’s document, so the smaller span keeps that job to a length it can finish reliably.
