Read your download history

Every export is recorded, and each record links back to the search that produced it. That is what makes a file from three months ago explainable rather than mysterious. But it is only explainable if the file name still means something to you. The history records the name each download was given, which is what turns a folder of CSVs back into a set of decisions you can retrace.

  1. Open your download history

    Each entry shows its status, the name you gave it, the file name it was saved as, how many rows it holds, the page range it covers, the search it came from, and links to take it again as a CSV or into a Google Sheet.

  2. Find it by the file name you actually typed

    The file name is listed beside every export, so the file sitting in your downloads folder can be matched to the record that explains it. It is shown rather than edited here — it was fixed at the moment the file was made.

  3. Trace a file back to its search

    Each entry links to the search it came from, so you can see exactly which filters produced it and re-run them against current data.

  4. Rename anything you will want to find again

    Give an export a name that will still mean something later. A long history of unnamed files is hard to use.

  5. Re-download it, or send it to a sheet

    Take the file again as a CSV, or push it into a Google Sheet. Both are free — those rows were paid for the first time. A row that already went to a sheet offers Export again, which writes a fresh copy without charging.

  6. If one failed, try it again

    A Google Sheets export that did not finish is listed as failed with the reason attached, and a Try again link next to it picks it up. Nothing about a failure costs you the rows.

Worth knowing

  • Re-downloading from your history is free, permanently, for both CSV and Sheets. Those rows are already paid for.
  • A Google Sheets export that failed says so in your history, carries the reason, and offers a Try again link beside it. A CSV export that failed is marked failed and is started again from the grid.
  • Exports stay available for 100 days.
