Remove your store

1. What we hold, and where it comes from

We only use public information: what a store publishes on its own website, and public domain and performance data. We never use private data, logins, or anything behind a password or a paywall.

2. What removal does

As soon as you confirm the code, your store is hidden from the MyLeadFox app: it no longer appears in searches, exports or the API. Within 48 hours it is gone from every public page on myleadfox.com.

Removal is permanent. Your store stays out when our data is updated.

We cannot recall copies that customers exported before your request.

3. How we confirm the store is yours

Enter your store's address and an email address at that domain: for shop.example.com, an address such as info@shop.example.com or info@example.com. We send a 4-digit code to it; the code works for 15 minutes.

We answer every request the same way, whether or not the store is in our data, so this page cannot be used to find out what we hold.

4. Stores on a platform address

If your store lives on an address such as yourshop.myshopify.com, you cannot receive email at it. Send the form with any email address you use for the store; a person will check the request and reply.
