Filtering and columns
Choose which columns you see
You land on a curated subset rather than every field at once. What you see from then on is yours to decide, and the choice persists.
Open the column panel
The panel lists every column grouped into the same categories the grid uses, with a running count of how many are on in each.
Find what you want
Search the column list by name, or toggle a whole category at once from its header. Select all or clear all when you want to start from one end.
Save it as your default
Save the arrangement as your default and it becomes what you land on every time. Your own default always takes precedence over the curated one.
Keep presets for different jobs
Name an arrangement and save it as a preset, so a qualification pass and an export pass can each have their own set of columns. You can keep five, and saving over an existing name updates it.
Get back to the start
Reset to the system default at any time to return to the curated set.
Worth knowing
- Hovering a column header explains what that field holds. Every field has an explanation.
