Invite someone to your team

A team shares one pool rather than several. Members draw on the owner’s allowance, and each member’s access is set individually.

  1. Open your team settings

    You need a paid or lifetime plan to own a team. Team seats are allocated by your plan.

  2. Send the invite

    Invite by email address. The person must be new to MyLeadFox or on a free trial.

  3. Set what they can do

    Downloading, viewing download history, enriching and visualising are each granted separately. Someone can be allowed to export without being able to see everything the team has ever exported.

  4. They accept, and start working from your pool

    Once accepted, their searches, exports and enrichments draw on the account’s shared allowance.

  5. Adjust or remove at any time

    Permissions can be changed later, and a member can be removed.

Worth knowing

  • Someone who already pays for their own plan cannot be added. That is a protection rather than a limitation: it means nobody’s own allowance can be absorbed into another account’s pool.
  • An invitation that has been sent but not yet accepted still occupies a seat.
